Sibelian ------- London ------- Great Britain
| Sibelian were formed at the start of the new millenium as a solo recording project for the talents of Stephen John Svanholm. A blend of opera, classical, rock and electronica became the trademark of the Sibelian sound, coupled with a dark gothic atmosphere. Sibelian released their first album "The Soul Rush" in 2005, and have had songs released on several compilation albums, the most popular of which, "The Sin Eater", being received warmly by fans of neo-classical music the world over. Sibelian is constantly evolving and expanding as a project and new material is currently being written for the second album with a tentative release date set for autumn 2009. |
